These SMS Terms & Conditions the terms users (“you”,”clients” or “users”) agree to with Boca Veterinary Clinic (“we,” “our”, “BVC”, “us”, or “the Company”). Furthermore you agree to Boca Veterinary Clinic’s Client Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which can be read at the links provided here.
How to Opt-In to Text messages
You opt-in to receiving transactional, informational, transactional or other text messages, on the number described below, from Boca Veterinary Clinic BY:
- Enrolling as a new client or your pet as a new patient via a phone call with Boca Veterinary Clinic and voluntary providing you cell phone number.
- Voluntary providing your cell phone number on any new client sign up forms.
- Voluntary providing your cell number while updating your contact information digitally and in person.
- Voluntary proving your cell phone number on written new client forms or patient forms.
- Voluntary proving your cell phone number on digital new client forms or patient forms.
- Voluntary proving your cell phone number in person to a staff member at Boca Veterinary Clinic.

By voluntarily providing your cell phone number to Boca Veterinary Clinic, you consent to receive transactional, informational, or operational text messages to your provided mobile number, including but not limited to:
- Client contact information requests
- Patient / Pet information requests
- Pre and Post appointment questionnaires and surveys
- Appointment reminders for veterinary, grooming, boarding services, and other services
- Digital Patient Care Plans
- Digital Estimates
- Prescription and order status updates
- Shipping and delivery notifications
- Pet medical history updates
- Invoices
- Information about services or goods offered
How to Opt-Out of text messages
To stop receiving text messages from Boca Veterinary Clinic and opt-out, you agree to reply STOP to the number sending the message. After replying STOP, you may receive additional communications confirming that your request has been received and processed, and you may continue to receive text messages for a short period while Boca Veterinary Clinic processes your request(s). If you opt out of one Boca Veterinary Clinic’s text messaging services, you may remain opted into other Boca Veterinary Clinic texting services unless you opt out of those programs separately. By providing your phone number to Boca Veterinary Clinic you affirm you are 18 years old or old and you are the current subscriber or the authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree to notify Boca Veterinary Clinic immediately of any change, deactivation, or loss of your phone number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
