Dr. Silvia De Leonibus, DVM
Dr. De Leonibus has a strong interest for integrative medicine and is currently completing her small animal acupuncture certification at the Chi University. Dr. De Leonibus is also Fear-Free certified veterinarian. She is a firm believer that reducing stress during veterinary visits improves quality of care. Dr. De Leonibus strives to provide excellent veterinary care to keep her patients as happy and healthy as possible.
Dr. Kimberly O'Neal, DVM
Dr. Kimberly O’Neal grew up in the Chicago suburbs. She is the daughter of a veterinarian and loved lending a hand in her parents’ small animal general practice. Dr. O’Neal was a scholarship athlete earning her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Florida Institute of Technology where she played volleyball and took on the leadership role of captain. After undergrad, she worked in the medical engineering field as a software test engineer where her work was quickly recognized, winning the Star Performer Award. However, her heart wasn’t in computer screens and data analysis, so she turned to her first love, veterinary medicine.
Combining her love of animals with her problem-solving, and analytical background, Dr. O’Neal received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and Certificate in Veterinary Business Management from the University of Illinois. She is passionate about dentistry and preventative medicine and is also a Fear-Free certified veterinarian. In her free time, she loves gardening, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Nala.
Dr. Amber Rosenthal (Roth), DVM
Dr. Rosenthal (Roth) was born and raised in sunny South Florida and has always loved animals. Since she was a little girl, she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. She went to the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, followed by a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship. In 2017, she achieved her dream and graduated from St. George’s University School with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Rosenthal (Roth) started her career as a general vet in Miami. Later, she completed a special training program in emergency medicine in New Jersey. She then came back to South Florida and worked as a relief vet. Where she was able to evaluate multiple different animal hospitals in the Boca Raton area. The extremely high level of care provided by Boca Veterinary Clinic was the perfect match. She is excited to join Boca Veterinary Clinic full time. Her main interests are urgent care and internal medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Rosenthal (Roth) enjoys hot yoga, baking, and traveling with her husband. She loves spending time with her own dog and cat, too.

Dr. Danielle Moragas
Dr. Danielle Moragas grew up in sunny South Florida, where her passion for animals blossomed at an early age. She pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, before earning her veterinary degree from Cornell University. With a special love for older animals, Dr. Moragas is dedicated to providing comfort and care as they age, ensuring their golden years are as joyful as possible.
Her commitment to animal welfare is reflected in her own home, where she shares her life with 34 pets of various species, showcasing her deep compassion and expertise. Whether it’s a gentle senior dog or a curious cat, Dr. Moragas brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm heart to every patient.
Dr. Jessica O'Neill
Originally from France, Dr. O’Neill moved to the the Sunshine State at the age of Sixteen.
She obtained her undergraduate degree in biochemistry/biology from Florida State University and moved to the island of St. Kitts and Nevis (West Indies) to pursue her veterinary studies at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her clinical yearat the University of Florida and obtained her Veterinary Degree in 2016. A year after starting her career in general practice, she decided to pursue training in emergency medicine at Coral Spring Animal Hospital where she practiced at for a few years. She eventually, decided to return to general practice/urgent care in 2019 where she continued to to pursue training in surgery, ultrasonography, and echocardiography.
Her interests in the field revolve around preventative care, dental care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and end of life care.
Dr. O’Neill is fear free certified and takes pride in practicing with always minding how to minimize the stress her patients experience during their visits.
She resides in Plantation with her husband Jonny, daughter Ocean, and three dogs Prince (Cavapoo), Buttons (Pomeranian), and Willow (Bernedoodle).
When she is not at work, Dr. O’Neill likes to spend her time with her family, and friends. She enjoys being a mom and watching her daughter grow, discovering places she has never been to before, painting, practicing self care, and cuddling with her pack of adorable fur babies.
